Rates and Retainer Plans
Hourly Rate: (You will be invoiced for this package)
At Soi we believe time is money, with that said we only want you to pay for time actually used. Our hourly rate of $25 per hour billed in 15 minute increments is very competitive. We recommend this type of service for businesses which require short term services. This is a great starting point which will help you gauge on a monthly basis what it would actually cost you.
Retainer Plans:
We recommend this for ongoing projects. We have different levels for this plan based on the number of hours required on a monthly basis.
Elite - 70 hours per month (avg. of 17 hours a week) - $1,300.00
Classic - 20 hours per month (avg. of 5 hours a week) - $400.00
Specialty Services:
Concierge: $50.00
Hotel, Spa, Flight & Restaurant reservations are complimentary to our Elite clients. Making hotel, spa, airline, restaurant, car rentals are at a cost of $50.00
Business Registration: $100.00
Obtaining EIN#, Researching company name, obtaining permits/licenses, etc. Please note that our service fee does not include the city, state and or government fees associated in order to obtain any of the above.
Event Planning: $150.00
Birthday party, baby shower, barbeque or office party, we will make all of the arrangements for you. Package only includes invitations, ordering of food (catering) and obtaining quotes. We are only planning, inviting & obtaining quotes. A separate payment to the vendor/business is additional.
